Terms of Use

Using the Ask Ads service (including signing in, connecting ad accounts and asking questions) constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1. Operator and definitions

The service is provided by ALEKSANDR KOVALKO PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (registration number 68581974, tax ID/PIB 115720536; the “Operator”, “we”).

Service (Ask Ads) — the web service on this domain that lets you ask natural-language questions about connected advertising accounts and receive analytics based on their data. Ad account — your account in an advertising platform (for example, Yandex Direct) connected to the Service via OAuth with read-only access.

2. The service

• • Access to ad accounts is read-only: the Service never changes campaigns, bids, budgets, statuses or any other settings.
• • Answers are generated with AI models and are informational — you make decisions yourself and remain responsible for them.
• • The Service is currently free within usage quotas shown in the interface. Paid plans may be introduced in the future and will not apply retroactively.

3. Your obligations

• • Provide accurate information when signing in and connecting accounts;
• • connect only ad accounts you own or are authorized to access;
• • do not disrupt the Service (no intrusion attempts, excessive load, spam or automated abuse);
• • comply with the terms of the advertising platforms and sign-in providers you use.

4. Operator rights

• • suspend or restrict access that violates these Terms or exceeds quotas;
• • change features, quotas and terms of the Service by publishing updates.

5. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator does not guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness of answers for particular purposes, is not responsible for third-party services and APIs (advertising platforms, sign-in providers, AI model providers), and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. The Operator is released from liability for failures caused by force majeure.

6. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms you agree to such processing, including transfer of the data necessary to generate answers to the AI model provider.

7. Term, changes and termination

These Terms apply indefinitely until revoked. The Operator may update them by publishing a new version on this page. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your ad accounts and deleting your account.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are first addressed by contacting [email protected] (we respond within 10 business days); unresolved disputes are subject to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.
