1. Who we are

This policy describes how ALEKSANDR KOVALKO PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (registration number 68581974, tax ID/PIB 115720536; the “Operator”, “we”), processes personal data of users of the Ask Ads web service on this domain.

2. What we collect

• • Identity data from your sign-in provider (for example, Yandex): user identifier, e-mail address, name and profile picture, if the provider shares them;
• • OAuth tokens for the ad accounts you connect (for example, Yandex Direct) — stored encrypted at rest;
• • ad account data fetched read-only when you ask a question (statistics, campaigns, ads, keywords) — used to generate the answer;
• • conversation history: your questions and the generated answers;
• • technical data: IP address, timestamps, device and browser type, session cookie.

3. Why we process it

To provide access to the Service and authenticate you; to connect ad accounts and answer your questions based on their data; to keep the Service secure and enforce quotas; to improve the Service using aggregated, de-identified data.

4. AI model provider

Answers are generated with an external AI model. Your question and the ad account data relevant to it are sent to the model provider’s servers, which may be located outside your country. Data is transferred only to the extent necessary to produce the answer.

5. How we protect it

• • access to data is restricted;
• • TLS encryption in transit and encrypted ad account tokens at rest;
• • the Service holds read-only access — no changes are made to your ad accounts;
• • access logging, audit and backups.

6. Retention

• • ad account tokens — until you disconnect the account or revoke access;
• • account data and conversation history — until you delete them or your account;
• • ad account data is fetched on demand and not kept longer than needed for the answer and the conversation history.

7. Your rights

You can request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion, revoke access to connected ad accounts and delete your account at any time. Contact [email protected] — we honour the rights granted by the applicable data protection law of the Republic of Serbia.
